The parties have resolved issues of past usage of Getty Images' photographs found at www.TemplateMonster.com, its affiliates and resellers. In addition, Jetimpex, Inc. has entered into a license to download and distribute Getty Images wholly-owned Royalty Free (RF) images through www.TemplateMonster.com, its affiliates and resellers.
