Mr. Prapong Maicharoen Deputy Organizing Chairman revealed, “In the area booking session, so many car companies had shown their trust and confidence in the potential of the Expo to boost car sales that the Organizer had to provide over 5,000 sq. m. of additional car display space to accommodate the overflow. Car companies that have decided to book an area in the Expo include Chevrolet / Ford / Mazda / Grand Carryboy / Honda / Hyundai / Isuzu / Mitsubishi / Nissan / Spyker / MTM / Suzuki / Subaru / Audi / Citroen / Gia / Land Rover / Peugeot / Skoda / NAZA / Ssangyong / Volvo / Toyota / Bentley / Porsche and Jaguar. Car companies that booked the largest areas (1,480 sq. m.) are Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) and S.E.C. Auto Sales and Services PLC. Next to them are Toyota Motor Thailand, Honda Automobile (Thailand) and Chevrolet Sales (Thailand) which booked 1,360 sq. m. each, and Siam Nissan Automobile with 1,280 sq. m. Car companies that booked areas for display of used cars are BMW (880 sq. m.) and Chevrolet and Toyota (680 sq. m. each).”
As of now no less than 25 car companies have given a positive response to participate in the “25th Motor Expo” while over 80% of the display areas for car audio and accessories have already been booked by vendors.
